Books about sand for preschoolers
Sea, Sand, Me! by Patricia HubbellIt is hard not to get swept up in the light, wonderful feel of this story. In this story, a young girl is going to travel to the beach. Once there, she makes a friend and they have all sorts of fun beach adventures. When the day is over they part ways, but she hopes she will see him again one day. Written in a playful verse, this book is easy to read and has great illustrations. This book would be great to read to a child who is going to the beach for the first time, or just anyone who enjoys a good story about meeting new friends. I would recommend this book for pre-k through first grade.
