Does ‘Miracle on 34th Street’ need a lesson on faith?
The original film is from , but the enchanting story has been re-made twice into made for television movies in and again in and once into a contemporary feature length film in In total, there are four 34th Street remakes, with a year difference between the first and last editions! How does a narrative withstand that kind of longevity? The vintage classic stunningly portrays the story of Doris Walker, her nine-year old-daughter, and their connection to Kris Kringle, a lovable old man who may or may not be the legendary Santa Claus. Her tailored wool overcoat, refined long sleeved frocks, and lovable bouncing curls render Doris Walker as a cinematic style icon. This is one of my favorite Christmas movies!

One of them is watching my absolute favorite movie for Christmas, Miracle on 34th Street , the version, in my opinion, the only true …and magical version. Apparently so did the cast. Yet when she read the script she changed her mind. In another interview, she commented that there was something that happened during the making of this movie that made them all feel happy and at peace. She noted that the energy on the set was positive, almost magical. I found a site called Script-O-Rama that has scripts of many movies, Miracle on 34th Street, included.
